PMCPOA Welcomes New Leadership Team to Advance Operational Excellence

and Community Well-Being

Pine Mountain Club, CA – May 6, 2025— The Pine Mountain Club Property Owners Association (PMCPOA) is proud to announce the appointment of two key leaders who will support the Association’s mission of operational excellence and community care.

This dual appointment reflects a strategic effort to strengthen PMCPOA’s leadership structure, ensuring both high-level oversight and day-to-day operations are managed with expertise and accountability. By dividing responsibilities across two seasoned professionals, the Association is building greater capacity to meet the evolving needs of the community with efficiency and care.

James Williams Appointed General Manager

The PMCPOA Board of Directors has appointed James Williams as General Manager, effective immediately. Williams brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across military operations, manufacturing, logistics, and quality management.

A retired U.S. Army Captain and Bronze Star recipient, Williams served in multiple leadership roles throughout his military career, including in Special Forces and Civil Affairs, with a deployment in Iraq as a Civil Affairs Team Alpha Leader in Baghdad. In the private sector, he has held senior positions including General Manager of Anvil Case Company and Plant & General Manager of EPE Industries, Southwest Division.

Known for his strength in strategic planning, team development, and operational efficiency, Williams is well-positioned to lead PMCPOA’s broad scope of operations. His expertise in logistics, policy implementation, and facility oversight aligns with the Association’s strategic priorities.

“James stood out as a leader with a proven ability to unite teams and drive measurable results,” shared the PMCPOA Board. “We’re confident that his diverse background and deep commitment to service will enhance the vitality of our Pine Mountain community.”

Williams holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Brandman University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Central Arkansas. A Pine Mountain Club resident, he is passionate about fostering collaboration and community engagement.

Bob Weinandt Named Senior Operations Manager

PMCPOA is equally pleased to announce Bob Weinandt as its new Senior Operations Manager. With over 40 years of experience in construction management, code enforcement, and community development, Weinandt will oversee the maintenance, infrastructure, and operational integrity of PMCPOA’s facilities and amenities. He will also lead improvement projects and work closely with local agencies to ensure safety and sustainability in our mountain community.

Weinandt previously served as a District Inspector for the City of Los Angeles for 10 years, where he specialized in code enforcement, building inspections, and community outreach. He holds certifications from the International Code Council (ICC) and the California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services, with deep expertise in safety compliance and emergency preparedness.

Since 2015, Weinandt has worked as a project manager in the private sector, managing construction projects while providing pro-bono support for at-risk Pine Mountain Club residents - including veterans, seniors, and individuals with disabilities.

“We are excited to welcome Bob into this important role,” said the PMCPOA Board of Directors. “His expertise and dedication to community service reflect the values of our Association and will help us build a stronger future together.”

Weinandt is a Pine Mountain Club resident, active in several local volunteer initiatives, and deeply invested in the well-being of the community.

Please join us in welcoming James Williams and Bob Weinandt to their new leadership roles. Their combined experience and commitment to community make them a strong foundation for the future of PMCPOA.
