PMCPOA offers a secure Trailer and RV parking and storage lot located above the Transfer Site, available to PMCPOA members only, as space allows. This convenient option allows members to store their RVs locally instead of transporting them off the mountain.

Rates are based on RV length and may be paid monthly or at a discounted six-month pre-pay rate.
5’ – 20’ RVs
- Monthly: $30.00
- 6-Month Pre-Pay: $145.00
21’ – 34’ RVs
- Monthly: $35.00
- 6-Month Pre-Pay: $172.00
35’ and Up
- Monthly: $45.00
- 6-Month Pre-Pay: $226.00
Eligibility & Availability
- Storage is open to PMCPOA members only
- Space is limited and subject to availability
- A waiting list is maintained when the lot is full
